This short film was switched from an in-person studio pipeline to a completely remote animation pipeline within two weeks using Artella. As the Production Manager, I scheduled, prepped, led dailies and weekly meetings between artists and professors.

Responsible for all set dressing and modeling the following assets:

Eggs, brown sugar bag, high cabinet, ceiling shelf, pantry modeling, wall shelving, knight cookie jar, utensils, treasure chest, bus cart, spice hanger, hanging bowl, garlic, metal plates & bowls, bottles, grapes, onions, pumpkins, shakers, teapot, and cookbook.
