🎬 Behind the Scenes – Prism Pipeline Walkthrough
A look at how I set up the remote pipeline for Footprint, a 3D animated short.
I created a tutorial to onboard 24+ artists, covering asset versioning, folder structures, and naming conventions in Prism. Without access to Autodesk Flow Production Tracking, I implemented Google Drive and File Stream as a cloud-based alternative, building a scalable system that kept teams aligned throughout pre-production.

🎬 Artella Demo Video
Pipeline Support & Remote Transition
During the onset of COVID-19, our in-person production was forced to transition fully remote with just two weeks' notice. I led the transition by setting up Artella, integrated with Autodesk Maya, for project-wide asset syncing, task management, and version control. To support this shift, I created a training video for my team and other animation groups, demonstrating how to navigate the new cloud-based pipeline. Despite the disruption, our team met every milestone and completed the film on time.
🎬 Behind the Scenes – Maya Pipeline Setup
A practical look at how I built and managed clean, efficient scenes throughout the full CG pipeline.
This short video walks through how I organized and set up scenes in Autodesk Maya for Burnt Cookies — from file structuring and naming textures to scene assembly and rendering. I established naming conventions, version control, and synced assets, ensuring a clear, repeatable workflow across a fully remote team. Each shot was prepped through to final render with minimal confusion or technical delays.
