Day-of point of contact for corporate events: briefing guests on driving, commentating on the mic, and running the podium celebration while directing floor operations and staff.
Onboarded and trained 13+ new hires on event operations and guest service standards.
One of my busiest shifts: three parties at once, a live booking queue, help alerts flashing, and a full room of walk-ins. I deployed two coworkers to run their groups solo while I kept everything on schedule over headset. Every group left smooth.

Sourced and vetted every vendor (florist, caterer, bar, photography, entertainment, officiant, makeup) with full contract review and printed day-of instructions for each.
Designed the floor plan and tablescape for ceremony and reception: 100 guests across 16 tables.
Designed the full stationery suite and hand-built signage, all custom and in-house.
The venue later adopted the layout as one of its most requested setups and featured it in its marketing.
